Today in Globe Street the numbers tell clearly there are no “Green Shoots” visible in Real Estate at this point. More like manure everywhere.

  • Q1 US Property Sales 2007 = $125.5 billion
  • Q1 US Property Sales 2008 = $43.4 billion
  • Q1 US Property Sales 2009 = $8.9 billion
