Restaurants in Trouble
After my last post detailing the Retail Chains expanding in 2009 … here is a list of the Restaurant Chains with distressed debt this year. These are a watch list for you if any of these folks are tenants in your Projects.
These distressed companies join Black Angus, Ponderosa and Bonanza chains who have already filed for Chapter 11 bankrupcty.
